Leo (and his wife, Lisa) are extraordinarily detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. They take the time to examine every facet of your item to ensure that they'll return it in its best possible condition. I've been thrilled with every ring that they have re-sized or repaired! Highly recommend!

  Highly recommend if you're looking for a low-pressure, personalized experience for ring shopping. We tried another store on the same day and the difference was so apparent (the other store was quite snobby!). This husband & wife team took the time to listen to what we wanted, provide advice, and let us try on different styles. They even made the great suggestion to come back again when the humidity changed to make sure the fit would be right. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all.
